March 18, 2011 — Literary Death Match's Red Nose Day Spectcular at Concrete — presented by Pan Macmillan — was a joy- and laugh-filled thrill that saw super-poet Martin Figura topple humor brillianteur Miriam Elia 10-6 in a confused-and-somewhat fierce Poet v. Madman face-off that won Figura the Literary Death Match Crown.

February 16, 2011 — Heartbreak! Barbara Cartland! Thrills! Literary Death Match London's 12th episode at Shoreditch House was an instant all-around classic that saw literary upstart Guy Folligrey (and his merry ukelele) out-Cupid Julie Mayhew to win the LDM crown in a bow-and-arrow contest that will not soon be forgotten.

December 14, 2010 — In one of the great pop-culture Xmas specials of all-time, Literary Death Match London's Picador Books-sponsored yuletide celebration at Concrete ended when the audience-populated judges panel selected "Team A" (featuring Susan Barker) over "Team B" (led by runner-up Amy Sackville) by a score of 2-1 in a wild game of Literary Christmas Caroling, to make Barker the LDM Champ.

November 17, 2010 — Before a packed-to-the-gills Concrete crowd (and a ridiculously attractive one, at that), Literary Death Match London's 10th-episode celebration ended with a deliriously raucous (and, we'll admit, somewhat confusing) Mark Zuckerberg/Social Network-style finale that saw champion Sabrina Mahfouz out-"add" Elizabeth Jenner by a total "friend" count of 14-12, winning her the LDM crown.

October 13, 2010 — So LDM London returned to Concrete in Shoreditch to celebrate LDM100: London, with Bruno Vincent losing by a mere one point to Year Zero Writer Dan Holloway in a mind-blowing memory game of Literary Pairs.

August 11, 2010 — A record-breakingly jam-packed Concrete crowd in Shoreditch witnessed the sitting skills of two of London's finest, as poet and Eric Gregory award-winner Jack Underwood's team outdueled Gavin James Bower's in a breakneck-paced game of Muzakal Chairs. The final score was 3-1, capturing Underwood the LDM title.

July 14, 2010 — The Literary Death Match launch of Bret Easton Ellis' Imperial Bedrooms was a ridiculous success, as the '80s-themed evening at Concrete ended with a wild game of Guess the Musical Artist that saw novelist Lee Rourke (representing Melville House) narrowly claim victory over poet Clare Pollard (representing Bloodaxe Books) by a final score of 7-6.

June 3, 2010 — Literary Death Match London's return to where it all started — at Old Queens Head — was a levity-fueled evening that saw Big Green Bookshop's Greg Stekelman (A Year in the Life of TheManWhoFellAsleep) out-boot co-finalist Evie Wyld (Fire a Still Small Voice) in a wild World Cup-themed finale by a final, Literary Death Match championship-winning score, of 3-2.

May 5, 2010 — Literary Death Match London's 5th-ever episode at The Book Club — on 5/5, no less — was a brilliant affair that concluded with Popshot Magazine representative Helen Mort outdueling Stuart Evers (representing Wham! Bam! Story Slam!) in a British election-themed masterpiece/catastrophe to bring home the Literary Death Match crown.
