May 15, 2014 — On a perfectly-weathered Thursday, Literary Death Match headed east to the gorgeous environs of The Proud Archivist for a pitch-perfect night presented by Social Book Week that ended when Heather O'Neill narrowly toppled Lloyd Shepherd in a Literary Pictionary finale in sudden death to win O'Neill the LDM London, Ep. 40 crown.

Norwich, Ep. 2

May 14, 2014 — To celebrate all that is amazing about UNESCO's Cities of Lit, Literary Death Match returned to Norwich for the Norwich & Norfolk Festivalfor a night wealthy with whimsy. In the end it was Isley Lynn who beat out D.W. Wilson in a One Star Wonder finale by a score of 47 to 31, winning Lynn the LDM Norwich, Ep. 2 crown.

May 13, 2014 — On a cool night in central London, Literary Death Match heated up Soho House by teaming with Unbound (the crowdfunded publishers) to bring a cavalcade of brilliance that finished with Salena Godden outdueling co-finalist Zoe Pilger in a One Star Wonder finale by a final score of 39.5 to 24 to win Godden the LDM London, Ep. 39 crown.

April 30, 2014 — In a wild show of international awesome, Literary Death Match turned the cruelest month on its head, at  The Breslin Bar and Dining Room at the Ace Hotel. Teamed with Pen World Voices Festival, the night finished with Saeed Jones narrowly beating Alona Kimhi in our Literary Spelling Bee II finale by one point to win Jones the LDM NYC, Ep. 45 crown.

April 23, 2014 — To start the Oklahoma spring off right, LDM once again teamed with Booksmart Tulsa for an epic return to the Sooner State — and more specifically to All Souls Unitarian Church — with a show that saw Matt Cauthron outduel co-finalist Lara Marie Schoenhals in a hotly-contested battle of One Star Wonder, winning Cauthron the LDM Tulsa, Ep. 4 crown in overtime.
