November 5, 2016 — On what was an absolutely magical night riddled with whimsy, Literary Death Match teamed with the brillianteurs at Wordstock: Portland's Book Festival for an evening of wonder that finished with Rivka Galchen narrowly toppling co-finalist Jason Reynolds in a knock-down/drag-out Lone Star Lit II battle, winning Galchen the LDM Portland, Ep. 3 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

NYC, Ep. 23

February 18, 2010 — Lethal literature was unleashed at the latest LDM NYC's 23rd episode, but the death-defying contestants proved the event’s name fortunately misleading once again. Host and Opium’s own Todd Zuniga was joined by co-host Shelly Oria, who plugged the upcoming LDM Tel Aviv (in August).
