May 5, 2022 — To celebrate our full-scale relocation to Australia, Literary Death Match teamed with the wunderkinds at the Brisbane Writers Festival for a whizbang affair at the eye-squintingly gorgeous Princess Theatre that saw Jonathan O’Brien topple Martine Kropkowski in a closer-than-it appeared battle of ArithmeLit, winning O'Brien the LDM Brisbane, Ep. 1 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

Toronto, Ep. 5 (Kids Edition)

October 24, 2021 — Because one event with Toronto International Festival of Authors wasn't enough, we returned with our LDM Kids Edition, using kid judges from Mrs. Minor’s 6th Grade class, in a wild epic that saw Joseph Coelho narrowly topple Ashley Spires in a wild Arithme-Lit finale that won Coelho the Literary Death Match Toronto, Ep. 5 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

October 23, 2021 — After nearly a year away, Literary Death Match returned to T-dot (virtually, at least) to take part in the Toronto International Festival of Authors, with a wowing, all-star-laden event that saw poet Roger Robinson narrowly outduel co-finalist/novelist Thea Lim in a hotly-contested Author Spelling Bee III finale that won Robinson the LDM Toronto, Ep. 4 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

October 15, 2019 — To celebrate our 500th show, Literary Death Match returned to Litquake, as old is new again for our debut at The Valencia Room, in which a team of Lauren Markham and Ingrid Rojas Contreras teamed up to topple Nazelah Jamison in a tight LDM Cabinet of Non-Wonders finale to win Markham and Contreras the SF, Ep. 69 crown and literary immortality to go with it.
