October 11, 2014 — In what was one of the greatest nights of our 2014, we teamed with the Southern Festival of Books and Third Man Records for a wild night of literary wizardry, knee-slapping judgment that finished with Abraham Smith winning out in sudden death over Adrian Matejka in a music-skewed battle of Literary Pictionary to win Smith the LDM Nashville, Ep. 1 crown.

October 10, 2014 — For a debut to remember, Literary Death Match headed to Texas' southern plains, as we teamed with the Books in the Basin Festival for a pitch-perfect evening rife with story, hilarity and tomfoolery that ended with Jeramey Kraatz outdueling co-finalist Julie Murphy by a closer-than-it-looks score of 39-11 in a Lone Star Lit finale to win Kraatz the LDM Midland & Odessa, Ep. 1 crown.

October 9, 2014 — For the third year running, Literary Death Match teamed with the masterminds at the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists and Satire Fest for a cartoon-based event like nothing San Francisco had ever seen, which finished with Stephanie McMillan outdueling Don Asmussen in a Graphic Novel Pictionary finale to win her the LDM SF, Ep. 54 crown.

October 2, 2014 — For our annual pilgrimmage to Quinnipiac University for a student battle like none other in support of Montage, Literary Death Match brought a brilliant trio of judges along, in a show that finished with Jessica Simpson outdueling co-finalist Justin Burnett in a Lone Star Lit finale by a score of 49-43 to win Simpson the LDM Quinnipiac, Ep. 3 finale.
